Motivating teams, improving the work environment, understanding change and innovating have a significant influence on an organization.

Doing it methodically makes it more effective and that’s exactly what #DesignThinking has been created for.

It is a methodology that will structure the work of multidisciplinary teams to target a business problem and find innovative solutions adapted to the context of the company, commensurate with its means and corresponding to its context.

The simple fact of making teams work relying on the #DesignThinking will allow to exercise a set of best practices such as active listening, fair allocation of time for each participant, encouragement of initiative, sharing individual experiences, the expression of different points of view, the setting up of multiple job visions and the opening of a space of freedom favouring new ideas.

Practicing #DesignThinking will establish a fun working environment adapted for any activity that requires, apply several methods of brainstorming, involve end-users from the beginning of the design of a solution, create multiple choices, make choices in groups, create prototypes of the solutions with basic costs, test these prototypes with end users, take their feedback into account and then share the results with all stakeholders of the solution.

The participation of end-users in the #DesignThinking process will allow to practice empathy between all participants and allow to understand new business needs by reducing or eliminating resistance to change and by transforming the resisters employees into participating employees and then ambassadors which will result in an acceleration of adoption and a reduction of the implementation time.

Using the #DesignThinking produces a fertile environment for innovation by channeling the positive energy of the different groups and the conviviality that settles in a pleasant work space arranged with reduced costs enabling to unfold the workshop.

The impact of #DesignThinking will be felt from the first instance and can continue all over the workshop; thanks to the group energy and to the links that will be strengthened by its playful aspect. It will also contribute to improving the efficiency of the whole organization.
